Is censorship even if is not the government

I got a little tired of reading time and time again from pro-censorship people that there’s really no censorship in games, comics, etc, because it’s only censorship if the government does it. So i decided to do a reaction comic for it, and use it instead of trying to explain to them with twitter.

The definition of Censorship used is the one from the American Civil Liberties Union. 

I used also parts from some good rants about this topic from The NG, or EveryJoe.
